iOS app overview
What's in the Helios iPhone app and how it maps to the web.
The Helios iOS app is built for working the inbox on the go: triaging leads, replying to conversations, taking calls, and looking up contacts. Download it from the App Store and sign in with your regular Helios account.
The five tabs
| Tab | What’s there |
|---|---|
| Inbox | Your action feed in four sections: New Leads, Unanswered, Assigned to you, Needs Follow Up. |
| Conversations | Every thread with an unread badge, the mobile counterpart to the web inbox. |
| Calls | Call history with All / Missed / Voicemail filters, a missed-call badge, and a dialer. |
| Contacts | Search your contact database and open full profiles. |
| More | Inbox switching, preferences, analytics, team, billing, and help. |
The More tab covers account-level things: Switch Inbox, Preferences (Notifications, Voice Calling, Appearance), Analytics (Performance, Usage), and Organization (Team, Plan & Billing).
iOS vs web
The app is optimized for day-to-day conversation work. Building things (flows, blasts, forms, templates, integrations setup) lives on the web. A good mental model: create on desktop, converse anywhere.
Calls on iPhone
Incoming calls to your Helios number ring natively, like any phone call, once Voice Calling is enabled. See Making and receiving calls. The Calls tab’s dialer places outbound calls from your inbox’s number, so your personal number stays private.
