fitDEGREE

Sync fitDEGREE clients, registrations, and sales by FitSpot.

The fitDEGREE integration imports and messages your fitDEGREE contacts, updates them in real time, and reports conversions from Helios conversations.

Requirements

A fitDEGREE account and your fitDEGREE API key.

Connect

Open Integrations → Fitdegree → Install.
Enter your API Key and click Connect Fitdegree.
Choose FitSpots: select which FitSpots (locations) sync with this inbox.

What syncs

Clients: imported and kept current as they’re created or updated in fitDEGREE.
Registrations: class and event registrations, including class-pass registrations.
Sales: completed and refunded sales, consumable usage, and intro offer purchases.

What it unlocks

Customer event flow triggers and segment rules on registrations, sales, and intro offers (e.g. a flow that fires when someone purchases an intro offer).
Conversion tracking: sales after a Helios message are attributed to the campaign in reports.
Prospects & Members reports.
The Event stream tab shows activity as it arrives; Integration history tracks sync jobs.

Settings

The Settings tab lets you change which FitSpots sync to Helios, pause syncing, or delete the integration.

Catalog items and class schedules refresh automatically throughout the day. To pull the latest right away (for example after adding a class or purchasable in fitDEGREE), click Sync now at the top of the integration page. Fresh items usually appear within a couple of minutes; Integration history shows the sync as it runs. You can request another sync after 15 minutes.
