Sync contacts and leads from your HubSpot account.

The HubSpot integration syncs contacts and leads from your HubSpot account into Helios, so new leads become textable the moment they hit your CRM.

Connect

1. Open Integrations → Hubspot → Install.
2. Click Sign in with Hubspot to continue and approve the connection for your HubSpot portal.

What syncs

• Contacts and leads: HubSpot contacts with a phone or mobile number import into Helios and stay updated as they change in HubSpot.

Ideas

• Speed to lead: trigger a flow when new HubSpot leads are added to a list, and text them within a minute of entering your CRM.
• Keep sales conversations in HubSpot and marketing texts in Helios. The sync keeps the audience current without exports.

Settings

The Settings tab shows the connected Portal ID and lets you pause syncing or delete the integration.
