Mindbody
Import Mindbody clients hourly with visit, membership, and purchase data.
The Mindbody integration imports your clients from Mindbody every hour, keeps them updated, and reports conversions from Helios conversations.
Requirements
- A valid, current Mindbody account
- Your Mindbody Site ID (Studio ID)
Connect
- Open Integrations → Mindbody → Install.
- Enter your Site ID (Studio ID). The install page links to instructions for finding it.
- Approve the connection using the Activation Link and Activation Code shown, then Continue.
What syncs
- Clients: full import, refreshed hourly, with Mindbody data (visit stats, membership stats, client status) as contact properties.
- Events: completed orders, appointment bookings, and class bookings.
What it unlocks
Mindbody has the richest set of prebuilt segment templates:
- Recent first visit: welcome new clients.
- Took first class but haven’t returned: the win-back moment.
- Active members / Non members: split the audience.
- Active members without autopay: contract upsells.
- Memberships ending soon: renewals.
- Churned members: re-engagement.
Plus:
- Customer event flow triggers and segment rules on bookings and orders.
- Conversion tracking: purchases after a Helios message are attributed to the campaign.
- Prospects & Members reports.
Settings
The Settings tab shows the connected Site ID and lets you pause syncing or delete the integration.
