What’s in the app
| Tab | What it does |

| Dial | The keypad for placing a call from your Helios number. |
| Contacts | Search your customer database, create contacts, and open full profiles. |
| Pulse | Ask Helios: Opportunity, your gym’s Pulse feed, and the Ask box. See Ask Helios on iPhone. |
| More | Settings, analytics, team management, billing, and inbox switching. |
Inbox is the work surface:
- Chats: every thread, with search and filters for channel, read state, assignment, and queues (new leads, unanswered, needs follow-up).
- Calls: call history with All / Missed / Voicemail filters. Tap a row to open that contact’s omnichannel thread. After a call ends, or a voicemail finishes playing, a follow-up sheet can offer a text, a note, or a task.
- Tasks: today’s follow-ups. The plus button starts a new task; the calendar opens the day view.
A missed call or unlistened voicemail badges Calls (and the Inbox tab), not Chats, so the same event is not counted twice. Opening Calls clears missed-call badges; a voicemail stays until you play it. Open tasks do not add to the Inbox badge; they show on the Tasks card. Email conversations, message templates, and membership context in a thread are all available in the app.
