Import your Shopify customers into Helios.

The Shopify integration imports your store’s customers into Helios so you can reach them by text.

Connect

1. Open Integrations → Shopify → Install.
2. Enter your Shop Name, the my-shop part of my-shop.myshopify.com.
3. Click Sign in with Shopify to continue and approve the connection in Shopify.

What syncs

• Customers: Shopify customers with a phone number become Helios contacts, with their Shopify data stored as contact properties.

Customers without a phone number can’t be texted, so they’re skipped.

Ideas

• Text restock and drop announcements to your buyers. SMS open rates crush email.
• Build a segment from Shopify properties to target your best customers.
• Pair with a form or QR code on packaging to grow the SMS list from your existing shipments.

Settings

The Settings tab shows the connected shop and lets you pause syncing or delete the integration.
