Prospects and members
Funnel conversion and membership reports, powered by your fitness integration.
With a fitness integration connected (Mariana Tek, Mindbody, or fitDEGREE), Reports gains two sections: Prospects and Members. Without one, these pages stay hidden: the data comes from your booking platform.
Prospects
The Prospects report tracks new leads through your sales funnel for the selected period.

Four headline stats, each as a share of prospects:
- New Prospects: people who entered the funnel this period.
- Booked: booked a first visit.
- Attended: actually showed up.
- Became Members: converted.
The funnel diagram breaks the journey down further: Prospects split into Booked and Not Booked; booked prospects resolve to Attended, Future Booking, or Cancelled / No Show; attendees end at Started a Membership, Purchased a Package, or Missed Sale.
Where to act on it:
- A fat Not Booked band is your biggest opportunity: most leads never book. An automated follow-up flow on new leads attacks it directly.
- Cancelled / No Show responds well to reminder messages the day before class.
- Missed Sale (attended but didn’t buy) is the moment for a personal text from the desk, not a blast.
Members
The Members report shifts from acquisition to retention.

- Active Members (as of today), Intro Offers (on an active trial), and Pending (awaiting start).
- New Members, Cancelled, and Net Change for the period.
- Current Membership Status: the donut of Active / Expired / Frozen / Pending / Payment failure.
- Top Active Memberships: which plans your members are actually on.
- Bookings by Day: booked vs attended volume over time.
Where to act on it:
- Payment failure members are recoverable revenue: a friendly “your card didn’t go through” text beats a silent churn.
- Watch Intro Offers: trials expiring without conversion are the Missed Sale of retention. Pair with a segment like Memberships ending soon (a Mindbody segment template).
