Integrations overview

Connect your booking, POS, and CRM platforms to sync contacts and events into Helios.

Integrations connect Helios to the systems where your customer data already lives: booking platforms, point of sale, CRMs, e-commerce. Once connected, contacts sync in automatically, their activity (visits, purchases, bookings) becomes events you can segment and automate on, and sales can be attributed back to your messaging.

Open Integrations in the sidebar to browse Find Apps and manage Installed apps.

What an integration gives you

Depending on the provider, connecting unlocks:

• Contact sync: clients import automatically and stay updated, with provider data (membership status, visit stats, spend) as contact properties.
• Events: visits, purchases, reservations, and more feed the Customer event flow trigger and “What someone has done” segment rules.
• Segment templates: prebuilt audiences like Churned members appear in the template gallery.
• Conversion tracking: purchases made shortly after a message are attributed to the blast or flow, powering the revenue numbers in reports.

Installing

Each provider’s page explains What this app does and its Requirements, with an Install button that walks through connecting.

How you authenticate depends on the provider: OAuth sign-in (Square, Shopify, HubSpot, Mariana Tek), an API key from the provider (fitDEGREE, Gymble), an activation code (Mindbody), or a Helios-generated API key you paste into the other platform (ActiveCampaign, Tablelist, Webhook).

Managing an installed integration

An installed integration’s page has three tabs:

• Event stream: the live feed of customer activity syncing in.

• Integration history: sync jobs and their status (Completed, Processing, Queued, Failed).
• Settings: pause or resume syncing, provider-specific options (like which locations sync), and Delete integration.
