Mariana Tek

Sync Xplor Mariana Tek clients, reservations, orders, and memberships.

The Mariana Tek integration imports and messages your Xplor Mariana Tek contacts, keeps them updated in real time, and reports conversions from Helios conversations.

Requirements

A valid, current Mariana Tek account, and API access enabled for your studio by Mariana Tek (the install flow helps you request it if you don’t have it yet).

Connect

Open Integrations → Mariana Tek → Install.
The first step asks: has Mariana Tek enabled access for your account? If not, the Request access from Mariana Tek step pre-fills an email to Mariana Tek support (with Helios support CC’d) using your Mariana Tek Subdomain. Continue once access is granted.
Enter your Mariana Tek Subdomain and sign in through Mariana Tek’s authorization screen.
Choose locations: select which locations sync with this inbox. Multi-location brands can pair each location with its own Helios inbox.

Once connected: clients from your selected locations will now sync with Helios.

What syncs

Clients: imported in full, then kept current, with Mariana Tek profile fields as contact properties.
Reservations: created, checked in, no-showed, cancelled, and waitlist assignments. Upcoming and past reservations appear on the contact profile’s Reservations tab.
Orders: purchases, powering conversion and revenue attribution.
Memberships: activations and deactivations, shown on the contact’s Memberships tab.

What it unlocks

Flow trigger: Reservation assigned from waitlist. Text someone the moment they get a spot. See Triggers.
Customer event triggers and segment rules on any of the synced events: “booked a class in the last 7 days”, “no-showed twice this month”.
Conversion tracking: orders placed after a Helios message are attributed to the campaign, feeding blast metrics and the Overview report’s revenue.
Prospects & Members reports: the fitness funnel and membership analytics.

Settings

The integration’s Settings tab shows the connection (subdomain, tenant) and lets you change which Locations sync, pause syncing, or delete the integration.
