Tablelist

Sync Tablelist clients and reservations, with conversion tracking.

The Tablelist integration imports and messages your Tablelist clients, syncs reservations in real time, and reports conversions from Helios conversations.

Connect

1. Open Integrations → Tablelist → Install.
2. Click Generate API Key.
3. Add the key to your Tablelist dashboard, per the prompt: “Add this API key to your Tablelist dashboard to enable the integration.”

Tablelist then pushes customer and reservation data to Helios.

What syncs

• Clients: Tablelist customers become Helios contacts, with their Tablelist data (spend, birthday) as contact properties.
• Reservations: reservation activity appears in the integration’s Event stream and is available to segments and flows.

What it unlocks

• Segment templates: Upcoming Birthday and Total Spend Amount appear in the template gallery: birthday offers and spend-tier targeting out of the box.
• Customer event flow triggers on reservations.
• Conversion tracking: purchases after a Helios message are attributed to the campaign in reports.

Settings

Manage the API key, pause syncing, or delete the integration from the Settings tab.
