Full Zenoti guest history in the contact sidebar

Answer a Zenoti guest without opening Zenoti: the contact sidebar now drills into their appointments, membership, and packages, so you can see exactly what they booked, who treated them, and how many sessions they have left.

Appointment history: Upcoming and History tabs list every appointment with its status and therapist. Open one to see the services, add-ons, time, and price.
Membership and packages: see the membership’s billing, renewal, and credits left, and each open package with sessions left out of the total and its own expiry date.
Spend breakdown: lifetime spend split across memberships, services, and packages, with each paid purchase listed.
On the contact page: the Overview tab summarizes the guest’s membership, visits, spend, appointments, packages, and therapist, with a year of visits on one heatmap that shows streaks of back-to-back days. The Activity tab lists their appointments and spend.
