Dynamic values in flows

Flow messages can now pull live data from the contact and the event that triggered the flow, so “class booked” automations can say which class, when, and with whom.

• Insert field chips: drop contact and event fields into SMS bodies, email content, and subject lines as labeled chips with live example values.
• Formatting and fallbacks: click any chip to choose a format (dates, times, currency, numbers, capitalization) and a fallback value for contacts missing the field. Dates render in your inbox’s timezone.
• Wait until an event date: timers gain an “until” mode anchored to a date from the trigger, with an offset. Build steps like “send a reminder 1 hour before the class starts”.
