Email blasts, the template builder, and custom domains

Email joins texting in Helios. Design campaigns, send them to a list or segment, and manage replies in the same inbox as everything else.

• Email blasts: the blast wizard now offers Email alongside Text message, with the same pick-audience, compose, review flow.
• Email template builder: a drag-and-drop builder with heading, text, button, image, divider, header, and footer blocks, plus a rich text mode for simple notes that read like a personal email. Save templates once and reuse them across blasts.
• Custom sending domains: verify your own domain under Settings, Email Domains so campaigns come from your address, with SPF and DKIM handled through a guided setup.
• Compliance built in: automatic unsubscribe links, one-click list-unsubscribe headers, and opt-out enforcement on every send.
