Stages comes to iPhone, with time in stage and what happens next
Your customer journey now has its own tab on iPhone. Stages shows who is at each step of the funnel right now, how long they have been there, and the exact message the flow sends them next, so a walk between classes is enough to see where the funnel is leaking and whether Helios is on it.
- Every stage at a glance: the seven lifecycle stages across the top with their counts. Tap one, or drag along the row and the page follows your finger.
- Two facts the board never had: each person carries a clock for their time at this step, amber and red past the stage’s threshold, and a next line like Text goes out tomorrow, 9 AM or No follow-up scheduled. Anyone who wrote back and is still waiting on an answer stands out in bold, with Open in Inbox right on the row.
- Fix it from the page: a stage whose flow is off says so, and turning it on is one hold away. Swipe a person for a text or a call, or tap them to open their contact card.
To make room, the bar is now Inbox, Contacts, Stages, Pulse, with Dial in the round button at the right end. Settings moved from the More tab to a Settings page behind your avatar, which sits in the corner of every tab; every page is where it was, one tap deeper.
