E-sign waivers and forms that write to Mariana Tek

Replace your separate waiver and first-class-free tools with Helios forms: visitors sign right on the form, and the submission lands in Mariana Tek with their waiver marked signed and their free class already on their profile.

• Signature field: add an e-signature to any form. Visitors draw their signature or type their name in a script style, in light or dark mode. Each signature is stored with its submission, with when it was signed and from where, and you can view it in the submission panel or the inbox.
• Content anywhere: drop headings, text, and images between your questions, not just above or below the form. Long text such as a full waiver can scroll in its own box so the signature stays close.
• Send submissions to Mariana Tek: every submission creates or updates the person’s Mariana Tek profile, including date of birth and emergency contact, and can mark their waiver signed.
• Give free packs automatically: pick a $0 credit pack (such as First Class Free), membership, or product from your synced Mariana Tek catalog, choose first-timers only or everyone, and Helios places a $0 order for it after each submission.
