Know who's calling, and which gym they called, before you answer

Incoming calls on iPhone now ring with the customer’s name and the location they called, right on the Lock Screen: Jordan Lee · Northwind Downtown. Open Helios during the call and the customer’s context is waiting for you, so you can greet a member by name and know their story before they finish saying hello.

• Caller and gym on the Lock Screen: known customers ring by name, everyone else by number, and the gym name tells multi-location teams which front desk the caller is trying to reach.
• A call screen with context: the customer’s key insight, membership, last visit, and next booked visit sit under the caller’s name, with Mute, Keypad, and Speaker a thumb away.
• Steadier calls: calls hold up when you lock the phone or switch apps, follow you to AirPods and car Bluetooth, and a second incoming call offers to end the first instead of colliding with it.
