Attach images and contact cards in flow SMS

Flow SMS steps can now send MMS the same way the inbox and blasts do.

• Image attachments: add a JPEG, GIF, or PNG from the send text message composer toolbar.
• Contact cards: share your inbox vCard so contacts can save your number in one tap.
• Templates included: SMS templates with media keep their attachments when you use template mode in a flow.
