Lifetime fitDEGREE history on every client

Segments and flows built on fitDEGREE data now see each client’s whole history, not just the last six months. Class counts, spend, and membership status come straight from fitDEGREE’s own totals, so a ten-year regular no longer looks like a newcomer.

• Lifetime class and spend totals: classes attended, missed, and cancelled, first and last class dates, sale count, and net spend cover every visit and purchase at your selected FitSpots, refreshed every hour.
• Long-running memberships included: a membership or pass that started years ago still shows on the client, and one that has ended is marked ended instead of lingering as active.
• First-class flows fire on real first-timers: the class counts behind “first class” triggers include each client’s full history, so returning members are not mistaken for new ones.
