Inbox opens your conversations

Inbox is now the conversation list. Click Inbox in the sidebar (or the Helios logo) and you land on your threads, ready to reply.

• One home: the old column dashboard is gone. Unread, unresponded, and assignee filters live on the conversation list, where you already work.
• Same tabs: Chats, Calls, and Tasks still switch surfaces without leaving Inbox.
