Customer activity, right in the conversation

Bookings, purchases, and membership changes from your connected booking system now appear inline in the message thread, in chronological order with the messages themselves.

Reservation activity markers inline in a conversation

  • Activity markers in the timeline: see “reserved a class” or “purchased a membership” exactly where it happened in the conversation, so replies always have context.
  • Click for details: tapping a marker opens the full event in the contact sidebar, with the same reservation, order, and membership cards used on the contact record.
  • Live updates: new activity streams into open threads in real time, no refresh needed.
