Flow steps that know which booking started them

Pre-class flows just got a lot smarter. Timers can now wait relative to the class start time from the trigger event, and filters and conditionals can check the exact booking that started the flow, not just the contact’s overall history.

Wait until 1 hour before class: “Wait until a specific date” timers now offer booking date fields like Class start date/time, so every contact gets their reminder relative to their own class, not a fixed delay.
Did they cancel that booking?: the criteria menu’s new Trigger event category adds one-click checks like Cancelled the booking that started this flow, Still booked (hasn’t cancelled), Checked in to the class, and Missed the class (no-show), evaluated live when the step runs. No more skipping a reminder because the contact once cancelled a different class.
Every value in dropdowns: trigger and condition dropdowns (class names, membership names, and more) now list every value from your booking system instead of a sample.
