See who is in each step of the journey on the Stages board, and review inactive playbook flows from the top of Flows. Stages is rolling out to studios with a connected booking system.
- Stages: an inbox-style board of your locked lifecycle lists, left to right from new lead through dormant member. Click a person to open their conversation.
- Playbooks to turn on: inactive seeded flows sit at the top of Flows. Review one, then start it from the flow itself.
- Tags: filter Flows and Lists by Sales, Onboarding, Intro offer, Retention, Win-back, or Billing.
