Email opt-in on forms

Forms that collect an email address now ask for email marketing permission alongside the existing texting consent, so every submission tells you exactly which channels the contact said yes to.

  • Email consent checkbox: forms that collect email show “Send me news and offers by email” below the texting checkbox. It starts checked, which US email rules allow, and visitors can untick it. The texting checkbox still starts unchecked, as texting rules require.
  • Updated legal pages: the fine print, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy generated for every form now cover email marketing, unsubscribe links, and how email and texting preferences stay independent.
  • Rename forms in the header: click the form title at the top of the builder to rename it in place, the same way email templates work.
  • Cleaner link previews: form subtitles with rich text formatting no longer show raw formatting tags in the share card, texted link previews, or social unfurls.

See Building forms for details.
