Website events in segments and flows

You can now build segments and flows from what people do on Helios forms and pages, not only from your booking software.

• Website events: under What someone has done, every gym gets form views and submissions, landing page views and clicks, plus account creation and checkout on a Helios booking page. These events appear when the contact is identified (for example from a tracked message link).
• Journey chips: pick Viewed a page, Submitted a form, or Completed Helios checkout without digging through the full event list.
• Flow triggers: start a flow when someone completes checkout or creates an account on a Helios page.
