Text first, email if they can't be reached

Flows can now send a text when the contact is reachable by SMS, and fall back to email when they aren’t, in a single step.

One step, two channels: add Send text or email from the block palette. Helios texts first, then emails only if they can’t be texted.
Both sides in one editor: write the SMS (with attachments if you want) and a simple personal email with subject and optional preview text.
If neither can reach them: skip the step, or create a task so your team can follow up.
