Changing your payment method is fast and easy. Note that changes to the payment method will take place instantly. If your business upgrades your Helios subscription during the billing cycle, the new payment method will be used. Otherwise, the new payment method will be used starting on the next billing cycle.
Step 1
Login to account. Go to My Dashboard.

Step 2
From your dashboard click the gear icon on the bottom left of the screen. Alternatively, you can click the circle with the admins initials in the top right of the screen and select settings.

Select Gyms from the Organization Settings menu.

Step 4
Select the name of the studio you wish to change by clicking on it. For single-studio owners, you should only see a single organization. If you have multiple studios, your list should appear like the image below.

Step 5
Select the studio of the account you wish to change the payment method. Click the button on the bottom of the screen that says Change payment method.

Step 6
A Change payment method modal will appear. Select any prior payment method, or, add a new payment method. If changing between existing payment methods, select the one you wish to use moving forward, then select Update payment method.

If you’re adding a new payment method, you should see the screen below.

Once you fill out your card information, select Save. You have now saved your new payment method whether it be an existing card on file or a new one. If you are operating multiple studios you will need to repeat this for each studio in which you would like to change the payment method.
To check on your existing payment methods, delete an old payment method, or add a new one just go back to your settings at any time (by either clicking your initials in the top right or the settings gear on the bottom left of your dashboard. Then select Billing & Payments.

And that’s it. You can now add, remove, or change payment methods for each of your studio locations. Happy texting!
