Mindbody catches up with segments, flows, and the contact sidebar

Mindbody studios now get the same retention toolkit as our other fitness integrations: segment on real membership and attendance data, trigger flows from booking outcomes, and see a client’s full picture in the sidebar.

Segments on live data: build rules on active membership, class card sessions remaining, intro offer windows, attendance recency, and recent purchases. New prebuilt templates cover intro conversion and win-back moments.
Booking-lifecycle flow triggers: start or stop flows when a client books, attends, cancels, late cancels, or no-shows, correlated to the same booking, so “booked but didn’t attend” automations finally work for Mindbody.
Richer contact view: the sidebar and profile show memberships, class cards, intro offers, upcoming and past bookings, purchases, and refunds, with data freshness in the integration settings.
Location control and Sync now: choose which Mindbody locations sync, and refresh the product catalog on demand.
