We understand that business needs change. If you no longer have an immediate need to reach your customers, colleagues, employees, or other audience, a pause in subscription is a valid option. By switching to our free plan, you will not lose any of your lists, automations, messaging history, or data. Our free plan is truly free and will still let you send 100 messages per month. Your plan will continue to be free until you choose to reactivate a paid plan. If you decide to renew, you can simply upgrade the plan and pick up right where you left off. You can switch to a free plan or activate a paid plan at any point in any billing cycle without penalty. You can also switch your account as many times as you’d like.
While there may not be an immediate need for Helios, there is always a Black Friday, Labor Day, or other great holiday right around the corner. Whereas switching services or canceling will require long restarts that can jeopardize your timeline, pausing/switching to free with Helios ensures you can flip that switch and get back to your customers in an instant.
Let’s look at how to pause your Helios subscription.
Step 1
Login to account. Go to My Dashboard.

Step 2
From your dashboard click the gear icon on the bottom left of the screen. Alternatively, you can click the circle with the admins initials in the top right of the screen and select settings.

Step 3
Select Gyms from the Organization Settings menu

Step 4
Select the name of the studio you wish to pause by clicking on it. For single-studio owners, you should only see a single organization. If you have multiple studios, your list should appear like the image below.

Step 5
After selecting (clicking) the studio you wish to pause you will see its name, the active subscription, and the manage option. Select Manage.

Step 6
Your current plan for that studio will be highlighted in purple with a "Current" tab. Select the free plan by clicking the 100 message per month/$0 monthly price. It should now be highlighted in purple and read "Current."

That is all. You have successfully paused your account by changing to the free plan. Remember you can still send 100 messages per month, absolutely free. We have a guide waiting for you when you’re ready to reactivate your plan.
