We’re sorry to see you go, however, we understand that business needs change. Note that any account can also be paused. By switching to our free plan, you will not lose any of your lists, automations, messaging history, or data. Our free plan is truly free and will still let you send 100 messages per month. Then, if you decide to renew, you can simply upgrade the plan and pick up right where you left off. Many of our users have done this successfully and prefer it. If you’d still like to cancel your Helios account, you can do so by following the steps outlined below.
Step 1
Login to account. Go to My Dashboard.

From your dashboard click the gear icon on the bottom left of the screen. Alternatively, you can click the circle with the admins initials in the top right of the screen and select settings.

Select Gyms from the Organization Settings menu

Step 4
Select the studio you wish to cancel by clicking on it. For single-studio owners, you should only see a single organization. If you have multiple studios, your list should appear like the image below.

Step 5
After selecting (clicking) the studio you wish to cancel you will see its name, the active subscription, and the manage option. Select Manage.

Step 6
At the bottom of your pricing plan you will see the option to cancel subscription. Select Cancel subscription.

Step 7
A window will appear asking you to confirm the decision to cancel your Helios subscription. Select Cancel subscription again.

You have now successfully canceled your Helios subscription. You can renew your subscription at any time. Your billing will conclude at the end of the monthly cycle (for whichever month you cancel in). We hope to welcome you back soon.
